People on the Move: Deanna Hazeley

My Name is… Deanna Hazeley

AKA… D

The reason you are reading about me is… I’m an Interior Designer in Cincinnati, OH. We are education architects that concentrate on Pre-K through University School design. In addition to my full-time job at the architecture firm, I am also the very first African American Captain of the Cincinnati Bengals Cheerleading Squad.

I attended… Howard University

Right now I’m working on… North College Hill School district – 3 buildings (Elementary, Junior High and High Schools)

But if I wasn’t, I’d be… In the Gym working out

One thing I do every day is… Drink a gallon of water

I can’t stand when people… Drive with their blinkers on

But I love it when people… Come together to support Barack Obama

If you happen to run into me in the street… Say hello. I promise, I’m not as mean as I look

The Best piece of advice I ever received was… Be Like Water

If I had to coin it, my message would be… Lack or preparation on your part does not call for an emergency on mine!

My future plans and projects include… Hopefully, I will be leading the Jr. Pro cheerleading Team for the Bengals, but no matter what, the sky’s the limit

Big Ups to… My Husband Damian who has to put up with my antics from day one….believe me, it’s not an easy task.
