We had a little network wide downtime last week, in which time folks may have had to make their connection elsewhere on the net. We love our members and we know y’all love us. That’s what’s up!
It is day 2 of the CIAA Tournament and it is proving to be a festival of HBCU love. Black people and good times. I’d like to thank all of the CIAA schools for providing such a great environment, but shout out to Tammy Green from Virginia State for showing us that Trojan hospitality at Mez. Note that VSU lost the game last night to Bowie State but you know how the saying goes-“We might loose the game, but we are going to win the party.”
Day One of the CIAA experience was laid back and research driven. It is my first time at CIAA and in the city Charlotte(believe it or not).So the first day was all about finding out what’s what.
- The Westin had it cracking on a slow day , and from all looks of it will serve as the CIAA headquarters for the “change clothes and go” crowd.
- We hit the Ford Fan Experience– and met up with “the connect” Robert Bell who took care of us with the credentials .
Check out your boy ‘Bam!!! EBONY is bringing it with a 8-cover, collectors edition: The 25 Coolest brothers of all time(the covers after the jump). If you had to pick the 25 Coolest brothers of all time, who would they be?
