I bought this book for my brother (36) nephew (11) and my friend’s nephew (19). They all enjoyed it greatly, each understanding it in different ways. My friend’s nephew actually had Hill to sign the book in U of M when he went to Memphis to campaign for Barack. I am so glad that he went forward with the project despite the racist naysayers.
This book is incredible, it easily relatable for you blakc males confused about his place and direction in society. I really enjoyed it… If u enjoyed this one, pick up “Envy of The World” By: Ellis Close
