Fitness: What Genise is doing

Our first participant submission for the Alumni Fitness Challenge came in a couple days ago. Check out what she is doing to get in better shape, feel great, and live a healthier lifestyle. Genise stays in great shape, and works hard at it.

  1. The video was VERY good. The lady showed everyone a good practical over-all workout in less than two minutes. No commercials and no playing around. This type of safe beginners workout could help a person to start a workout and keep them going for about a month or longer. Thanks alot for a good, healthy PRACTICAL demonstration.
