This week’s health and fitness tip comes from our resident yoga / meditation teacher Light. This week the topic is about leaning toward a natural lifestyle. Now don’t take this as advice to not take your heart medication if you’re already on it. Years of compounded bad behavior can’t be undone overnight. But in moderation and minor cases to start, keep in mind to eat, drink, live natural when possible.
