The reason you are reading about me is… I am an emerging independent artist that has toured with platinum-selling recording artists as a background vocalist who is now prepared to take center stage!
I attended… Florida A&M University
Right now I’m working on… launching and creating momentum for my new single “A Better Way” in an effort to tell a story of love, faith and truth that will transcend genres and time.
But if I wasn’t, I’d be… working my day job and dreaming about what could be.
One thing I do every day is… pray and talk to my mother.
I can’t stand when people… have a sense of entitlement and total disregard for others.
But I love it when people… are compassionate and inspiring.
If you happen to run into me in the street… please know that I love to talk, laugh, and snack.
The Best piece of advice I ever received was… to remember that no one will ever be able fullfill the assignment that God purposed for you.
If I had to coin it, my message would be… Live life authentically and to YOUR fullest potential!
My future plans and projects include… touring to promote my debut album, securing a distribution deal and/or an independent deal, writing songs for film & television, and living my life with no regrets!
Big Ups to… my parents for loving me with no conditions, my brother (Jax) who is my biggest supporter and one of my producers, my lil sis (Ashley) who will one day be my choreographer, my extended family for always being there, and to all my friends who never stopped believing in me!

thursday night i was just channel surfing when i came across the monique show…i was about to head to bed when i heard monique said that she was introducing a new artist kj rose….when the camera zoomed in i saw the face of the new singer and i said wait a minute…i know that face…that’s keanna…the same little keanna that i taught pe at emmanuel christian school in chicago…everybody at e.c.s. knew you were special…and now the world will know!!! god bless and i’m try to reach your brother. i still have a picture of you as a junior cheerleader in a skirt that my mother made.
