Can you get the weight off and keep it off?
Sweat rolling off of me, knees feeling like razors and I promise myself to never eat a carbohydrate ever again.
How many times have I gained, lost and gained again? I can lose the weight, but once I do it is par-tay time; nachos, cookies, whiskey all the things I missed when I was dieting and exercising. Maintaining a healthy
lifestyle seems to be a habit I have a hard time keeping.
